Patrick G. O’Healy, SIOR specializes in commercial real estate for O’Healy Commercial Real Estate Services. He has extensive experience dealing with environmentally challenged properties, and representing corporate, individual and governmental clients with difficult assignments. In addition he has been trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law, having completed the class called “Mediating the Litigated Case”. O’Healy Commercial Real Estate Services was founded in 2004 to facilitate an environment conducive to the solution of full spectrum real estate challenges focused comprehensively on client objectives. His approach to commercial real estate is tantamount to the approach private banking has taken to serve significant bank clients. He is skilled in a variety of disciplines that position him to assist you in optimizing your portfolio. Formerly a Director with Cushman & Wakefield, after CW acquired NAI Matlow-Kennedy, Patrick was the Broker, Principal, and the Vice Chairman of the Board of MK. Patrick and three other SIOR partners purchased MK from the previous owners in 1993. From 1987 to 1993, Patrick was a Senior Vice President, Industrial Division Manager for MK. Prior to joining MK, Patrick was a Manager for Daum Commercial where he started his real estate career in 1980. He has completed over 1200 transactions in his career.

Active in industry organizations he served for 8 years on the American Industrial Real Estate Association’s Board (AIR), and was the President in 1992. A member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors since 1988, he is a Senior Instructor, and was the President of the Los Angeles SIOR Chapter in 1996, the Instructor of the Year in 1993, was honored for completing the Largest Industrial Cooperative Transaction in 1992, and received the coveted Roy C. Seeley Lifetime Achievement Award in 1996. He has completed transactions with Bridgestone-Firestone, Shell Oil, Fluor Daniel, The Salvation Army, Conway Transportation Services, Salton, Inc., Haworth Furniture, IBM, Lockheed-Martin, Nature’s Best, The Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County, Catellus Development, IDI, Culligan International, Deloitte & Touche, Legacy Partners, Father Flanagan’s Boys Home, US Filter, DSL Transport, Burger King, Taco Bell, FHP Healthcare, The State of California, Mobil Oil, Parsons Engineering, Enterprise Rent a Car, The Hertz Company, Ralph’s Grocery Company, Burham Service Company, Los Angeles Cellular and Budget Rent a Car.

Patrick has a BS in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior from University of San Francisco. He has taught Advanced Commercial Real Estate for University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA), since 1994. Patrick is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC), The Harbor Trade Association, the International Trade Club and Long Beach Rotary. Patrick is active in the following organizations: Board Member of the Long Beach Playhouse, Immediate Past Advisory Board Chairman of The Salvation Army Long Beach Citadel Corps, President of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professions (CSCMP), Southern California Round Table 2003/2004. He is a past Board Member for The Public Corporation of the Arts, Long Beach, and the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Newport Beach. He regularly serves as a counselor/teammate for Bill Glass Prison Ministries in Prisons throughout the Western United States.
